Not advice

InHousePDF is a document tool. It is not an adviser, auditor, lender, or employer. It does not tell you which documents a review, audit, submission, or handover requires. The pack you build is your document.

The tool

The tools run in your browser. You are responsible for the files you add and for checking the download before you send it to anyone. Keep your own copies.

Individuals and internal hosting

Use of the public site by an individual is free. A one-off licence for an IT team to host the software internally is planned and is not offered for sale in this version. Pricing and the licence wording are still open.

No warranty

The site is provided as available. It may fail on very large files or when a device runs out of memory. Do not rely on it as the only copy of a document.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed before the site is relied on commercially.
